Hook-first vertical video

TikTok ad creative that opens six different ways

Kamply puts labelled hook variants side by side before a single frame renders. You pick the opening line, it builds the 9:16 MP4. A 60-second reel takes about an hour of measured wall time.

Free. Keep the files. Akash replies with times.

The plan is written. Day 7 is where it locks.

V1first 3 seconds

You already logged this. Nothing here is new work.

V2first 3 seconds

Twenty-eight days, and the seventh one decides it.

V3first 3 seconds

Most plans die on a Tuesday. Here is why.

V4first 3 seconds

This is the part nobody screenshots.

V5first 3 seconds

Same food. Different week. Read the difference.

V6first 3 seconds

Six openings written against one brief, the way the app proposes them: labelled, side by side, yours to kill. These are example lines for a fictional brief, not published ad copy.

What it actually does

Kamply is a Mac desktop app. For TikTok it interviews you, locks a written brief, and proposes hook variants as labelled columns you read side by side. You choose one. It then generates the voice-over with ElevenLabs, derives the cut timing from a Whisper transcript of that audio, and exports a finished 9:16 MP4 to your Mac.

What this is not

Kamply does not run TikTok Ads Manager, buy media, or report on ad performance: it makes the creative file, and you upload it yourself.

How it runs, start to finish

Three steps, in the order the app actually does them.

  1. Lock the brief

Kamply interviews you about the product, the audience, and the one claim the ad has to land. Nothing renders until that brief is written down and you approve it.

  2. Read the hooks side by side

It writes the opening lines as labelled variants in one view, so you compare first seconds against each other instead of judging one script in isolation.

  3. Build the winner

ElevenLabs speaks the script, Whisper transcribes the take, and cuts and captions land on the real word boundaries. Out comes a 9:16 MP4 you upload.

Every figure on this page traces to a published source or to Kamply's own measurements. Nothing is modelled.

Questions people actually ask

If yours is not here, ask it in the walkthrough. The form below reaches a human.

Can Kamply post the ad to TikTok for me?

No. Kamply writes the file to your Mac and stops there. You upload it to TikTok or to Ads Manager yourself. There is no scheduling, no connected account, no publishing queue, and no way for the app to touch your ad account.

How many hook options do I get?

Two labelled variants per round by default, written into the brief before anything renders. Ask for more in the interview and it writes more. Variant numbers are never reused, so V1 and V4 stay distinct records you can point back at later.

Does it make UGC-style talking head ads?

Not with synthetic people. Kamply does no avatars, no lip-sync, no face swap, and no digital humans. It builds designed vertical video: your product shots, stock footage from Pexels, Unsplash and Vecteezy, motion graphics, captions, and an ElevenLabs voice-over.

Will the ads look like my brand?

Kamply derives colour tokens, typography, voice and logo from your website plus a short interview. Every frame after that references those tokens, so the look holds across a batch of hooks instead of drifting from one render to the next.

Can I test a batch of hooks at once?

Yes. One brief becomes a campaign batch that holds a single look while the opening lines differ, which is the shape TikTok testing wants. Each cut is its own MP4, so you upload them as separate creatives and let the platform sort them.

What do I need to run it?

An Apple silicon Mac on macOS 11 or later. Kamply is a signed, notarized DMG, not a web app or a mobile app. Pricing is one plan: $69 a week, $199 a month, or $1,990 a year. Founding rates end 2026-09-15.
