ShowcaseWoofstead, sample brand

Where the dog goes on fireworks night

Reel · 9:16. Built at 1080 × 1920 px.

Woofstead is an invented brand from the app’s sample library. It has no customers and no product, so every figure, name and offer in this piece is fictional. The piece itself is a finished build: it went through the same brief, checks and approval as any other.

What the brief asked for.

From brief.md, the written brief, locked before anything was designed.

Everything in the sections below is quoted from the files this build left behind. Nothing is summarised.

Why this video

New Year's Eve is the loudest night of the year for a lot of UK dogs, and owners spend the week worrying about it. The reel gives them a plan before the bangs start and says plainly what can wait for the morning and what needs their vet now. The nurse chat closes at 11 pm, so the reel never shows it as midnight help. It uses no fireworks statistics; the only number on file is the brand's demo 61% of night chats.

The lead visual device, and why.

From patterns.json, where each variant declares what it leads with.

  1. Beat 1: First thud

    under-table heard frame

  2. Beat 2: Run to the glass

    paw-print trail

  3. Beat 3: Curtains and radio

    curtain close

  4. Beat 4: Den under the table

    den cutaway

  5. Beat 5: 61% of night chats

  6. Beat 6: When to ring your vet

Framing
The dog's ear: every sound arrives on a black or half-drawn frame before its picture, and the floor plan of a terraced house fills in as the answer to where he goes.
Structure
Question on a black frame (muffled thud: where does Pip go when it starts?) / stakes (claws skitter, a dotted line runs to the window) / two plan beats (curtains and radio, the den furthest from the glass) / limit (panting that won't stop: call your vet) / verdict + CTA.
Tone
Quiet, close, half-voice; the house at 9 pm with the lights low.
