Inside a finished review brief

See the pattern behind the rating.

A good review check gives a team a point of view, then makes it easy to verify. This sample uses a real NutriScan.app run from public store listings and the Meta Ad Library.

Decision summary

Own the calm, accurate logging experience.

NutriScan rebuilt its whole ad account in the last four days: 53 active ads, none older than four days, every one pushing the 7-day free trial behind an "Install now" button. Fourteen distinct copy blocks cover those 53 by duplicating each creative once per app store and once per country, and 34 of them lead with PCOS. Nothing has run long enough to prove itself, no ad has a human voice, and neither the free tier nor the sanctioned accuracy claim appears anywhere.

The problem with review research

Tabs show fragments. Teams need a signal.

Reading a few reviews by hand is easy. Knowing whether a complaint repeats across sources, whether a delight is durable, and what to do next is the work that gets skipped.

What the check gives you

The useful layer between browsing and product decisions.

Themes you can point to

Recurring praise, friction, requests and churn signals are grouped so a team can discuss a pattern instead of trading screenshots.

Ratings with their context

A score only matters next to the words behind it. Each review keeps its rating, date, source and original language together.

Exact customer language

Use the phrasing customers actually chose in positioning, onboarding and product conversations without laundering it into vague sentiment.

A visible source receipt

Every source is marked read, empty or unavailable. A missing page never becomes a made up zero in the brief.

How the review check works

One competitor in. A customer signal out.

  1. 01

    Name the company

Paste a domain for the cleanest match, or type the company name. The resolver records which public identity each source matched.

  2. 02

    Let the pages answer

The job reads public review pages, keeps source outcomes visible and stores bounded excerpts while the run continues.

  3. 03

    Use the signal

Start with recurring themes, open the exact reviews behind them and share the brief with the people shaping your next release or message.

Free customer research tool

Turn the next review tab into a product decision.

Run up to 20 checks a day. No card, no hidden source list and no need to keep the tab open while the evidence is collected.

Authority without the black box

Know which public pages shaped the signal.

The source marks identify the public platforms the resolver can look up. Review platforms provide customer evidence. Meta and LinkedIn add market context beside it when the match is available. None of the logos imply endorsement.

Questions worth answering

Make customer language useful before the next roadmap meeting.

01

What keeps delighting?

Separate durable product value from one off praise so your message earns the claim.

02

Where does patience run out?

Find the friction customers repeat across dates and sources before it becomes your category's expectation.

03

What should we fix first?

Use the strongest repeated signal to choose a sharper onboarding, product or support move.

Your next product decision can start with a review.

Add one competitor. The run works in the background, emails the result and keeps the report ready to share for 14 days.

Most checks finish in about a minute

Questions about the review check.

If yours isn't here, ask it in the walkthrough. The form below reaches a human.

Which review sites does this check read?

It looks for public Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, Google Play and App Store pages when the company resolves to them. The report names every source it read, links the page each row came from and says which sources were empty or unavailable.

Can I check a competitor without a product page URL?

Yes. A domain gives the cleanest match, and a company name works too. The resolver records which public identity each source matched so you can verify the result.

Does the report show private customer data?

No. It reads public review pages and public app listings only. It does not sign in to a competitor account, buy audience data or collect a visitor's browsing history.

How does it find recurring themes?

The report keeps the source rows, ratings, dates and excerpts together, then groups repeated praise, complaints, requests and churn signals. A theme is grounded in the rows the run actually stored.

What if a review site blocks the request?

That source is marked unavailable rather than counted as zero. The rest of the evidence still lands, and the source receipt tells you exactly what could not be read.

Why do I need to sign in?

The finished brief is emailed to you and the free allowance belongs to an account rather than a browser. Sign in with Google through Cloudflare Access, then run up to 20 checks a day.

How long does the review brief stay available?

The share link stays available for 14 days. It is unguessable and can be sent to teammates without another sign in, then it is deleted.

Is this a review scraper or a product research tool?

It does the useful collection work of a review scraper, then adds a decision layer. You can open the exact rows behind a theme instead of trusting a score with no source trail.
