See the ad before LinkedIn ever renders it
Type your copy, pick a call to action, drop in an image. The preview shows the real truncation points, in single image, carousel and video formats, at desktop and mobile widths. No model wrote it and nothing here publishes to LinkedIn: it builds a preview, not a campaign.
Showing the example. Type your own words and the preview rewrites as you go.
LinkedIn's published specs, read 2026-09-01.
Export is drawn straight to a picture in your browser at double resolution. The preview and the download run the same layout, so what you see is what you get.

Every tile on the wall is a real LinkedIn ad, with the copy and the call to action behind it. Browse real LinkedIn ads for the format and CTA other companies are already running, then bring the words back here to check how they sit.
About this tool.
If yours isn't here, ask it in the walkthrough. The form below reaches a human.
Does this publish to LinkedIn?
No. It builds a preview of the sponsored-content unit and saves it as a picture. There is no LinkedIn account connection, no campaign is created, and nothing is sent anywhere. Use the picture to check how your copy and image will actually sit before you build the real ad in Campaign Manager.
Where do the truncation points come from?
LinkedIn's own help pages: intro text truncates around 150 characters before the "…more" link appears, with a 3,000-character maximum, and the headline truncates around 70 characters with a 200-character maximum. The tool marks both as you type.
Does my image get uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read by your browser and drawn straight into the preview and the exported picture. It never leaves the tab and there is no route to send it to.
Why only these ten call-to-action choices?
They are LinkedIn's own fixed list for single image, carousel and video ads. Campaign Manager only offers these ten, so a mockup with a made-up button would be checking against something LinkedIn won't let you build.
Can I preview a carousel or a video ad?
Yes. Carousel supports 2 to 10 cards, each with its own image and headline, shown as the horizontal strip LinkedIn renders. Video uses your image as the thumbnail with a play icon and an editable duration badge; the tool doesn't generate or trim actual video.
