Plain terms, no surprises. The fine print here says the same thing the marketing does.
What a subscription buys
One subscription covers one brand and the full Kamply Mac app for the paid period: the AI teammate, every deliverable surface, and the tool keys the app provisions. Founding rates ($69 a week, $199 a month, or $1,990 a year) hold for subscriptions started by September 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC; subscribers keep the rate they signed up at.
Billing and cancellation
Polar is the merchant of record; it charges your card, issues receipts and invoices, and handles applicable tax. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account page. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the period you already paid for. When a subscription lapses, the app pauses new AI work; nothing you made is deleted.
Commercial use and source licences
Everything the app makes for your brand belongs to you: the posts, reels, decks, and files can be used commercially, live on your Mac, and stay yours after you cancel. Kamply’s own name, mark, and software stay ours. Stock imagery and third party material remain subject to their source licences; the app keeps provenance and attribution notes with each piece so you can review them before use.
Service limits
A subscription is not an unlimited-use promise. AI, media, and stock services can impose rate, quota, geographic, or availability limits, and a provider outage can pause the step that depends on it. Kamply keeps completed local files usable while a service is unavailable.
Fair use
One subscription is for one brand, operated by you or your team. Don’t resell access, share the account beyond the brand it covers, or use the app to produce material that is unlawful or impersonates someone else. We can suspend an account that does; a suspension for abuse is not refunded.
The service, honestly
Kamply is provided as it is, without a warranty that every generation is perfect: the product’s own gates catch most problems, and you approve everything before it ships. Our liability for any claim is capped at what you paid in the twelve months before it arose.
