Is there an AI behind this?
No, and the tool is named for what it is. It fills six fixed sentence shapes with the words you type, in your browser. Calling that AI would be an easy sale and a small lie, and this site is built on not making those. The AI writing happens inside the Mac app, against a brief it interviewed you for.
Why only six?
These six are shapes that survive contact with a real feed: a number, a refusal, a before and after, a line aimed at one reader, a concession, and a mechanism. A list of forty would mostly be the same three shapes wearing different clothes.
What do I do with the line I picked?
Use it as the opening of the caption or the first frame of a reel, then rewrite it in your own voice. A shape is scaffolding. It gets you past the blank page, and then it should mostly disappear.
Does it store what I type?
No. There is nowhere for it to go. The lines are built in the page as you type and nothing is sent to a server.
