Pick where you publish. The planner multiplies the published cadence recommendations into a monthly volume, then prices the video share at published agency rates.
That cadence is 22 assets a month: 13 posts and 9 videos.
Published recommendations multiplied over a 52-week year, one end of each range at a time: nothing blended, nothing modelled.

Each platform's count comes from its own published range; deselect one and its share drops out.
published per-video rates
$2,700–$13,500
a month, at $300–$1500 a video
The 13 posts aren't priced here: nobody publishes a per-post rate the way video rates are published, and this planner doesn't guess.
Cadences: Buffer's posting-frequency guide (January 2026) and Hootsuite's posting-frequency study (April 2025), each row citing one of them; the two disagree on LinkedIn (Hootsuite says 1–2 a day). Video costs: Vidico and D-MAK production pricing. Kamply's per-video time is its own measured build-ledger number. Figures last verified 2026-08-26.
If yours isn't here, ask it in the walkthrough. The form below reaches a human.
Two named studies: Buffer's posting-frequency guide (January 2026) and Hootsuite's posting-frequency study (April 2025). Each platform row cites one of them, the planner multiplies one end of the published range at a time, and where the two disagree (LinkedIn), the sources line says so instead of averaging.
Because video production has published per-unit rates (Vidico and D-MAK, $300–$1,500 a video) and static posts don't. A per-post figure would be invented, and this site's own quality gates block invented numbers, so posts get a count and videos get a cost.
The published ranges are what the studies measured across many accounts, not a prescription. The honest read: they are the volume most brands are competing at. What the planner tells you is what that volume costs to sustain the old ways, before you decide your own number.
To price the video share reel by reel, use the reel cost calculator; the full old-ways comparison (retainers, hiring timelines, who approves what) is on the comparison page.
