Excellent pre-sales support but overall automated experience
Excellent pre-sales support, advising on which level of service to buy. We are not the typical demographic, as we are near 70 and fortunately have no medical issues. So without the guidance, we were overwhelmed by all the choices. The results were extremely thorough but felt entirely AI in nature. I believed there would be a thorough vetting by an actual clinician; but if there was one, I didn't sense it. Our membership buys us AI Chat, as needed, but honestly, I can't see any value in it once the results are on the Dashboard. In sum, the whole thing feels automated from the moment you pay the credit card. No more humans. The explanations are thorough, but maybe I could get the same just asking AI to interpret a robus blood panel and provide recommendations -- and pay much less.

The prices are reasonable and fair—this is what lab tests should cost. That’s exactly when the small monthly fee pays off; plus, you get tested at the same locations you’re used to. Thanks to this pricing policy, I was able to get about twenty tests done for the same price it would have cost for just three. I have absolutely no regrets.

Mito had the most affordable pricing and most comprehensive tests available. The whole process was very smooth and I liked the clinician reviewed results.
