What Junocompanion customers say
They have credible appeal as a chronic-illness management app when pacing, medication reminders, symptom tracking, and doctor export work. The newest reviews expose a larger trust problem around crashes, lost entries, AI guidance, and trial billing. You can compete by proving reliable data capture, transparent access, and safer condition-aware support before asking people to subscribe.

Their strongest proof is a useful chronic-illness tracking workflow, especially pacing, medication reminders, data export, and supportive chat. Reliability and billing failures recur across the newest reviews, with crashes, lost entries, frozen screens, and disputed trial charges driving cancellations. You can compete by making saved data, transparent trial terms, and safe health guidance visible in every part of the product and your marketing.

This app has been a lifesaver, and if you can't afford the subscription the free version is amazing too. That's what I have and it tracks my mood, symptoms, spoons, and medication, plus you can chat with the AI and it's super understanding and somehow always tells me what I need to hear. I 100% recommend to anyone dealing with a chronic illness.
I like the app so far however the interface needs some work. When I tap a text field in the app and the keyboard opens, the text box becomes hidden behind the keyboard. The layout does not scroll up or adjust to keep the input field visible. I've tried work arounds but nothing has worked so far. I'll continue to use it though. I just do voice command on the keyboard.

Hi, we're sorry the keyboard covered the text field and made Juno difficult to use. This layout issue has now been fixed. Please update the app and email team@juno-chat.com if anything continues.
I am just starting to use this app. set up was easy. I could add my special zebra illnesses and all my meds. There were a list of a lot of zebra illnesses and meds but I was able to add what I needed. It seems easy to work with, kind of like talking with a friend that has a clue. My watch, which is old, couldn't be connected to the app but I didnt really expect it to be able to be connected.

Thank you, Kendra! We're glad setup felt easy. Sorry your watch couldn't connect—please email team@juno-chat.com with the model and we'll help check compatibility.
No different than looking up symptoms online & tracking your issues in a book or any other free logging app. The first thing I discussed was a reoccurring headache & it told me to go to the doctors (wow no way!). After some conversation I asked if it was AI & the entire system freaked out saying there was technical problem like 20 times. I feel like you could do the same thing with any AI app. It didnt really help me or offer any genuine support. Not worth $100 a year or $15/mo in my opinion.

Hi Ash, thanks for the honest feedback. We're sorry Juno didn't provide the support you expected and that the chat hit repeated technical errors. Those issues have now been fixed, but we'd appreciate any further feedback at team@juno-chat.com.
I have had the app a week now and being able to track meds and have notifications when regular ones are due and also a place there for meds that you take as needed which is handy as its so easy to forget the time or how many you have taken isn't it. I like the way you can speak to Juno and she can log things . if you have a low income there's a sponsored option which really helps . so easy to use thank you to all at Juno !

Thank you so much Rachael! Your message means a lot to the team
only been using for today so far. however it's crashed twice already. once when I was logging today's symptoms. again when I tried the "call" with Juno feature. they were talking with me about my past challenges and taking down notes about a bunch of things and it just crashed midway through the "call" so the whole conversation isn't recorded. I like the idea, but if it crashes when I'm trying to talk about my daily symptoms then it's going to be difficult to continue to use.

Hi Hannah, we're really sorry you lost your symptom and call data. The crashing issues from that version have now been fixed. Please update Juno, and email team@juno-chat.com if anything continues.
this app would have got 5 stars except for one, in my eyes and brain, major flaw. Each night, as midnight rolls round, my pace lists for the previous day wipes clean. In other words everything I checked of as done becomes unchecked. I've had the app 3-4 days now and it helps me keep track of my meds, what I've done and need to do, all the pains and twinges and Juno has helped in the chat mode. Please, please fix this.

Hi Dianne, thanks for the detailed feedback. We're sorry the daily reset made it look like your completed tasks disappeared. The issue should now be fixed and would love to make this right. Please email team@juno-chat.com so we can assist.
Juno is still a young app, and there are definitely some UX kinks to work out, but I really like the concept and have found the pacing system genuinely useful. I recently had an issue with the calendar integration that I couldn't resolve myself, but support responded incredibly quickly and completely fixed it for me. I'd love to see activities that can both cost and restore spoons and more flexibility around when a "day" ends. Great potential, and I'm excited to see how Juno develops!

Thank you for such thoughtful feedback, Jules. We’re delighted the pacing system and our support team have helped. Activities that both cost and restore spoons, plus more flexibility around when a day ends, are excellent suggestions. We really appreciate you growing with Juno!
