Life changing
VetRec has been absolutely life changing for me. As an ER vet I have spent many of my days off doing nothing but writing records. VetRec has completely changed my workflow and I can complete even the most complicated chart in only a few minutes. It has all of the features I’ve wanted in an AI scribe (including dictation AND the ability to write a record after the fact if I describe what happened during the visit). The team is INCREDIBLY helpful and has been available anytime I’ve had questions and has helped me modify my template to the exact format I wanted. Could not recommend it enough.
Vetrec is amazing!
Vetrec is an amazing addition to my daily workflow. Not only are my medical notes easier/faster to create they are more accurate because every little thing we discussed is included. The support is unmatched in friendly, kind, competent collaboration to solve any glitches. I can't recommend enough!
Quick response and kind service
Quick response time, and although it took a couple people, I was connected to someone who could get my questions answered quickly and accurately and made a great suggestion to setup an online call.

Ebony was so helpful and fixed all of my concerns quickly. She was polite and did not make me feel inadequate for not being able to locate certain aspects of VetRec. Highly recommend, this software has been so helpful and efficient with loading of our patient's records.
