What Vector customers say
They position Vector as contact-level B2B advertising and visitor intelligence that replaces anonymous clicks with named buyers and actionable signals. Their customers value visitor identification, audience activation, integrations, and quick setup, while integration depth and regional coverage remain exposed weaknesses. You can take share by proving the workflow from signal to action, stating technical limits clearly, and showing a faster path to first value.

They receive strong praise for real-time visitor identification, contact-level intent, audience activation, and integrations with CRM, Slack, Clay, and ad platforms. Setup and founder-led support are repeated strengths, but integration depth, HubSpot limitations, regional identification coverage, and occasional bugs create openings. You can compete by making integration boundaries explicit and proving time to first useful signal.

Simple advertising orchestration that helps boost our pipeline
Vector is making it easier for us to manage digital advertising audience activations. We build out audiences in Salesforce, using contact lists. Those contact lists sync directly to Vector. Vector is integrated directly to LinkedIn. We activate LinkedIn paid advertising campaign ad sets against those unique audience segments and run personalized campaigns against them. We are able to measure performance at a very granular level. We are able to detect website visitors according to the specific utm_campaign that brought them to our site, and because of the real-time contact-reveal, we know when a high quality ICP visitor has come to our site as a result of a paid advertising effort and we can trigger them into an orchestrated ABM activation.
Seamless CRM-to-Ad Platform Sync with Practical Insights
The biggest problems I run into are, first, making sure there’s tight alignment between our ICP and the audience targeting in our ad platforms, ideally with that syncing happening automatically. Second, it’s getting timely alerts about who’s coming to our website so we can follow up with additional activations.
Helpful for identifying and acting on buyer intent
Vector helps us see who’s showing real intent before they convert. That lets us focus on the right accounts earlier, improve targeting, and spend less time on low-quality leads.
Best revamp of ABX in a long, long time
Vector is helping us solve key challenges in our contact-based marketing strategy by improving data quality, personalization, and sales alignment. Previously, we struggled with outdated or incomplete contact information and static segmentation. With Vector, we now have access to enriched, real-time contact data that allows us to target the right roles and industries more effectively. This has significantly improved our ability to personalize outreach—tailoring messages based on buyer context rather than relying on generic campaigns—resulting in higher engagement and conversion rates. Additionally, Vector streamlines the handoff between marketing and sales by automatically syncing high-performing segments into our CRM and sales workflows, ensuring our teams focus on the right leads at the right time. The outcome is more qualified pipeline, faster sales cycles, and better ROI from our outbound efforts.
Essential Martech Solution with Outstanding Team
Vector has helped us action website visitors, was easy to connect to Inflection using webhooks, and we are working on the ads integration for more accurate and focused ads.
Cutting without the bleeding
Imagine being able to coaction de-anonymized contact-level intent data with ad campaigns that are guaranteed to hit the right targets at the right moments (sound kinda like nuclear warfare?). This is what Vector does for us. We can now hyper-focus on our in-market prospects who have shown legit interest in our services, even if they don't yet know who we are. That's something that ABM can't - and will never - pull off.
My secret weapon
We are using Vector to discover in-market buyers and competitor customers, then engage them in targeted outreach. It works like a charm. We're reaching tens of thousands of new buyers in our target market every month and seeing sky high conversion rates. It works so well I'm hesitant to write this review because I don't want anyone else to know about it. It's our secret weapon.
Can't believe it's free - and better data than some of the paid options
It's identifying visitors to the website that would normally be anonymous. We can take that data, enrich it and either connect with them on LinkedIn, email or other channels.
