What Stellar Sleep customers say
They have credible customer evidence that structured insomnia treatment can improve sleep, but their billing and cancellation experience creates a serious trust gap. Their ads emphasize Harvard, clinical proof, and treating the cause, while reviews show that sleep restriction and generic content do not fit everyone. You can take the open position of transparent pricing, clear treatment expectations, and support that adapts to the person's insomnia pattern.

Stellar Sleep reviews, read · 60 of 122 read one by one · 2026-08-29T17:15:23.573Z
The 60 newest reviews show a split between strong reports of better sleep and a large cluster of billing and cancellation complaints. Customers repeatedly value CBT-I structure, sleep restriction, check-ins, and practical tools, but some say the same sleep-restriction approach increases anxiety or does not fit their situation. You can compete by making total pricing, cancellation, personalization, and the treatment mechanism explicit before asking for payment.

Early evaluation, but great so far.
I don’t review apps or purchases of any sort too often, but this particular app has really be fantastic. As someone going through their first bout of chronic insomnia, this has been a far better tool than any sleeping meds that have been prescribed so far. It’s still early on, and I haven’t beaten the insomnia at this stage, but this resource really has me optimistic for the first time in many months.
Zero Sense
This app makes zero sense with its “sleep efficiency” metric. It rated me 73% effective after getting a total of 2.5 hours of sleep with multiple wake ups. I even rated the sleep quality “very poor” this obviously needs to be fixed.
Cured my insomnia of 30+ years
I’ve had horrific insomnia for much of my life. In 1992 a doctor prescribed Ambien for me and I’ve taken it from then until December 2025 when I discovered the Stellar Sleep app. I didn’t believe it would work, but I haven’t taken Ambien since. A miracle.
Sweet sleep
Within a week I am sleeping longer and going back to sleep faster when I do wake up at 3am
IT WORKS! Life Changing
Stellar Sleep app has been life changing for me. I have been struggling with insomnia since turning 60 almost a decade ago. I have learned so much about myself through this app and so many ways to improve my sleep. It helped me to cope with and reduce my nighttime anxiety. I am grateful that I found this app while scrolling for help to sleep without medication. Thank you Stellar Sleep.
Excellent App and Excellent Service
I was having a really hard time staying asleep for ages and i didn’t want to rely on sleeping meds. I found this app and it was a tough journey but after 3 months i was sleeping much better and i have been doing better for a couple of years since. I did have an issue with my subscription, but the service team took good care of me and were quick to respond!
More positive and informative
This is the second CBTi program I have been a part of. This once is all together better and suitable to my needs. The information is presented in a way that helps me to improve and understand. The counselor is more relaxed and understanding than the previous one. So far I am very happy and pleased with the way it is working.
Learning steps for deeper sleep
Thank you for suggesting things to help me power down and relax to achieve better deep sleep
