What Standout customers say

Standout's newest feedback is split between useful career guidance and a serious lack of trust in matching and application follow-through. You can take the clearest opening by making job fit, submission status, and human handoffs visible. Treat respectful support and accurate progress reporting as core product claims, not afterthoughts.

Across the 2 newest reviews, they are losing trust on the core promise of finding and applying to suitable jobs. One reviewer found useful job ideas and profile help, but both accounts point to poor matching or unreliable follow-through. You can compete by showing evidence of search quality and giving users a clear status trail for every next step.

This has the potential to be awesome

This has the potential to be awesome. Sadly it's not there yet. It searches your CV / LinkedIn and finds what you're really good at + what you really want to do and similar such things. It presented me with 4 jobs, I liked them all so agreed for the service to apply me for them. 3 days later I still hadnt heard anything so I asked the progresses and it admitted that it 'forgot' it needed to call me. We did the call, and the jobs were supposedly sent off. 2 days later still nothing. checked in again, it said I needed to do a call. reminded it that happened 2 days prior. Said that I was right and it forgot (concerning trend here) but the jobs were DEFINATELY submitted now. Because I dont trust it at this point, check in the next day and ask if htey really have been submitted. Now it admits that they havent and its in a queue waiting for a human to review them. In the end I waited a week for this supposed review that didnt happen (when jobs close HOURS after being posted) and wasted a whole bunch of time. I did get some good ideas for jobs to apply to and it was helpful in re-writing parts of my LinkedIn description. That was the only good thing sadly.
