What Simple AI customers say
They appeal to consumers who want someone else to handle phone calls, reservations, negotiations, and routine errands. Their positive reviews show strong demand for time savings and relief from phone anxiety, while their negative reviews expose gaps in call reliability, information accuracy, transcript retention, and support. You can compete by making verification, recovery, privacy, and human escalation visible parts of the product story.

They have a clear consumer utility: handling calls, reservations, negotiations, and information gathering for people who dislike phone calls. The strongest risk is reliability, with fabricated information, failed calls, lost transcripts, and awkward conversations appearing alongside the praise. Support and privacy concerns also give you a direct opening to show verification, recoverability, and human help before asking people to trust an automated call.

Great concept poorly executed
Not sure what is happening nowadays but the app forgot to make a scheduled call this morning. It had no recollection of the scheduled call after it was set up the day prior. Then I reset up to make the call and it makes the call and gives me a transcript then proceeds to not store that transcript. Seems like there needs to be some product people to actually conduct a usability test.
More AI slop :(
For an AI assistant that claims to reduce manual work…it does quite the opposite. When asked to find local sushi restaurants it just made up a list of fake restaurants. When I asked it to give the address of one, it made up an address “123 Main Street.” It proceeded to tell me that if I wanted restaurant info, I should Google sushi restaurants and call them. That’s literally the point of the app — lol. Useless. And forgot about getting any support via email. Non-existent. Another AI slop product.
Amazing utility!
Incredible app. After searching everywhere, this is the only service I could find that actually lets you have an AI make calls on your behalf, not just screen them. It's a game-changing feature that works surprisingly well. The developers found a perfect niche and executed it brilliantly. For what it does, the $15 subscription is a steal. Can't wait to see what features come next!
Lack of customer support
This app has great potential, and I could see myself subscribing. I love the consumer-focused approach—it’s rare. That said, the lack of customer support is a major drawback. Support is AI-only, emails go unanswered, and you're left on your own. I couldn’t access a call transcript and got no help, despite reaching out through all channels. Recalling the person would be awkward, so I’m stuck and hesitant to continue using it since it is not reliable.
The app that you never knew you needed
At first, I saw this app on TikTok thinking it’d be a cool little gimmick little did I know over the course of this past week it has saved me countless hours on hold and not having to do with annoying customer service people or anything like that this app has saved countless hours of my life in just this week alone allowing me to do more important things I would highly encourage anyone who Cares about their time to try this
Great idea poorly executed and founders don’t reply
I’ve reached out twice to the founders, once after they directly reached out to me for feedback. I have given valuable feedback and been ignored.
My very personal assistant
This app is THE answer to maximizing your time. Simple AI is soo simple and easy to use. I don’t have to wait on hold for customer service! I don’t have to go through layers and layers of computer options to get to a person! Best of all - you really don’t have to do anything at all… this crazy EASY TO USE app will do it for you. I love it. Imagine not having to spend 45 minutes calling the cable Company???? Really, imagine it!
It is really great
I don’t normally leave reviews, this may be my first ever. I started off skeptical that it would work well with so few ratings. I tried it on cancelling two services which I didn’t provide the number to either. The one I am going to talk about is Xfinity where the ai had to make it through the automated machine and three humans that kept giving the run around. The total length of the call was 19 mins and all I had to do was provide it with what I wanted it to do, sent a screenshot of the Xfinity page with my info which it pulled the info it needed, and told it I was moving and wanted no additional services or discounts. This was the end result pulled from simple ai response to me Summary The service for name was successfully canceled with the last day set for April 11th, and no service transfers or promotions were accepted. Goal Cancel Xfinity service with the last day on April 11th for name. Decline any service transfers, discounts, or deals. Reason for cancellation: moving. It also provides a live transcript if you want to see what is going on.
