What Sendblue customers say
They position Sendblue as a blue-bubble iMessage and FaceTime Audio layer for CRM-based sales outreach, with higher response, pickup, and show rates as the main payoff. The 24 newest reviews support the core messaging value but expose friction around pricing transparency, annual contracts, onboarding disclosures, support, and operational reliability. You can attack them by making commercial terms, technical prerequisites, channel limits, and recovery procedures clear before purchase.

Sendblue reviews, read · 24 of 24 read one by one · 2026-08-29T18:11:25.231Z
The 24 newest reviews split sharply between praise for iMessage response rates, fast setup, and helpful support and complaints about pricing opacity, annual commitments, onboarding disclosures, and operational failures. Several customers say the product works well once integrated, while unhappy customers describe the buying and exit process as more difficult than the core messaging use case. You can compete by making price, trial terms, prerequisites, portability, and failure recovery clear before purchase.

Poor Experience After $2,000 Spend
The Sendblue team appeared to be more concerned with our money than providing a good service.

Can’t open after update
Things were working fine until I updated this morning and now the app won’t open at all! Please fix.
Solid extension of web app
Been using SendBlue for under 2 months. It’s been a breathe of fresh air. This app is all you would want as an extension of the web app. The amount of responses and quick access to respond is perfect. They keep providing updates and making it better and better.
Great app
I’m a customer, while the web browser version is MUCH better, I have full faith in this company the people I have worked with have all been top notch so far. The app is a couple updates from perfect, but I’m sure they get it handled. We use this app to communicate with our customers and follow up with our leads for our pest control company. We love the idea of communicating with our customers via iMessage. It makes for a smooth customer experience!
We’re currently building an AI-driven…
We’re currently building an AI-driven “brain” around our CRM, and we came into this conversation with roughly 10 features already completed that their salesperson ultimately did not recommend keeping as-is. That wasn’t necessarily the problem. We understand that integrating a new platform can require technical changes. The issue was how the conversation was handled once it became clear that we would need to unwind, separate, or rework those existing features before their solution would actually be usable. Toward the middle and end of the call, it felt like the priority shifted from understanding our development timeline and implementation concerns to simply trying to close the sale. We weren’t comfortable committing to and paying for a platform when we knew we still had 2–3 development cycles ahead of us before we could realistically begin using it, not including onboarding time. What disappointed us most was the attitude at the end of the conversation when we didn’t move forward immediately. The frustration was obvious, and it left us feeling like the sale mattered more than whether the timing and solution were actually right for our business. We weren’t looking for another vendor or another sales transaction. We were looking for a PARTNER—someone who understood what we’re building, respected our development timeline, and genuinely wanted to help us succeed. Unfortunately, the arrogance and lack of respect for that timeline came through loud and clear, and it completely changed our impression of the company.
What’s crazy is I’ve actually been…
What’s crazy is I’ve actually been trying to sign up now for weeks and it’s absolutely impossible. They will not tell me the price. I have gone round and round. I’ve talked to people. They just want more and more demos. I’ve seen the product, they want me to sign up without even knowing the price. It’s absolutely insane. It seems like based on what I’m reading they won’t share pricing, but they want you to sign up for a trial and then they’re just gonna charge you I don’t know, do you think they try to make this a bit easier?
Don't use this product
Don't use this product, we were testing it, and it auto-renewed, we tried to get a refund, but got rejected. Most companies would offer a courtesy refund.
