Never try this scam

Awful! Day before free trial is over I decided to cancel, because as premium user 60 bucks per year, you can post only 25 listings! But when I decided to cancel, I found no options to do this on app, it transferred me to web page where I had to put my email to get a link. But as much as I pressed resend, I never get the link. When I asked live support they don’t answer , just said that he flagged my question and someone will contact me, but I have only 2 hours before subscription renewal. I don’t need this awful app, but I have no any option to cancel

I want to cancel but there is no option to do so my entire platform is no longer active after paying for a year to be on this platform

VERY DISSAPPOINTED

So I started a new business and I'm selling on multiple platforms doing well. I heard of sellraze so I decided to research their reviews and unfortunately they weren't positive at all. I wanted to list all my products on sellraze but because of their horrendous reviews, I just Uninstaller the app. Really sucks for an app with the potential it has to be so unintelligent.

Free Trial Is Not Real

Not sure on the service it provides itself but I cancelled my free trial days before my expected charge, now I cannot download any apps because I have to pay for the subscription. I have read that this happens to others, unfortunately I give it one star because of this.

SellRaze is extremely misleading. At first, the app appears promising and customer support is responsive, even though the platform clearly has unresolved bugs. Once I reached my initial listing limit, I upgraded. When I hit that limit, I upgraded again. After paying for multiple higher-tier plans, I was suddenly unable to create listings despite not having exhausted the listings included in my active subscription. I contacted customer support. They were helpful—until I asked why the app was blocking listings I had already paid for. At that point, communication stopped entirely. No explanation. No resolution. This feels like a bait-and-switch. Users are encouraged to upgrade, but once payment is made, the advertised functionality does not work as promised. When the issue is raised, support goes silent rather than addressing the problem. The app is unreliable, the pricing structure is misleading, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I will be requesting a refund and strongly advise others to proceed with caution—or avoid this app altogether.

I tried this app to save time in listing and cross listing. After hours of setup, followed by freezing and glitching, and no apparent way to save drafts(which would be a great feature for an app that randomly closes itself frequently and dumps your work), I realized it was only going to cost me time AND money. I'm glad I figured that out before investing too much. I've tried a couple other cross listing apps that were fairly decent. This is NOT one of them. Very poor execution.

Please pay for better servers and hosting. Took me close to 2 hours to list 10 things while a different app took me less than an hour to list 35 items. Lots of snags in the identification process as well when it's being slow. The people using and paying for this NEED it to work properly and currently it fails to do so without taking so much time. App would be a solid 5 stars if they could improve the speeds.

Ive had this app for about a month maybe a little longer. I have come across so many issues like can't load your pictures, taking too long to post, and app freezes. It just took me 45 minutes to post 2 items. it's been like this for about 2 weeks. Dont know why, I've asked for assistance and im told that someone would get back to me but nothing. thinking on looking for something else like an app that actually works.
