What Rollstack customers say
They position Rollstack as the last-mile automation layer for recurring executive, QBR, and client reporting. Their ads rely on research downloads and quantified customer proof, while reviews confirm time savings but expose gaps in speed, integrations, layout control, and AI confidence. You can compete by proving the workflow from source connection to approved presentation with fewer setup steps and clearer control over the final output.

Rollstack reviews, read · 10 of 10 read one by one · 2026-08-29T18:53:44.322Z
The 10 newest reviews strongly validate recurring reporting automation, Tableau and Google Slides connections, and responsive support. The recurring weaknesses are slow updates, setup effort, limited integrations and layout control, and AI summaries that still need human review. You can win attention by making setup time, output fidelity, and human oversight explicit instead of leaving those concerns for late evaluation.

Intuitive to use and great support, should save us a lot of time each month
We have a bunch of reports that we run each month with loads of different views from Tableau. Each month we are copying and pasting in the graphs and it's really time consuming and by default expensive. This will save us a lot of time and allow us to put resources into other areas of the business and should minimize human errors when creating the charts too.
RollStack solved the recurring deck update pain for Yotpo's RevOps team
RollStack eliminates the pain of maintaining recurring business decks that rely on live data from tools like Tableau and Google Sheets. Before RollStack, updating weekly, monthly, and quarterly decks was a tedious, manual process that consumed hours of valuable time. Now, I can automate the entire workflow—making updates consistent, reliable, and efficient. As a result, I can focus more on strategic initiatives rather than repetitive deck maintenance.

An extremely valuable solution
Rollstack solves our "last mile" problem, to get our data visualizations into the hands of the people that need it.
Streamlined Tableau to Google Slides Integration with Great Support
Rollstack solves the problem of manually updating Tableau visuals in Google Slides by automating the process. This saves us time, ensures data is always up to date, and reduces the risk of human error in recurring reports.
Rollstack is a life-saver for Ops; hours of work on Monthly Decks cut in half.
Unless your data org is extremely advanced, your data will likely live in different sources and be a pain to gather/filter all in one time and place. We have a Marketing Deck, for example, that used to- in aggregate- take 6 hours a month. Rollstack has transformed that into 2 hours.
Time Saver and Automation Wonder!
Rollstack is helping to automate our routine executive level and company facing reporting. Rollstack saves my team hours of time each week pulling screenshots, updating manual reports, and putting together decks and business reviews.
Automated updates for regular business reviews
Rollstack takes and updates visualisations from various reports with different settings into a single document. That saves a ton of manual work when it comes to regular presentations of consolidated data.
