What Resend customers say
They are strongest when customers need a simple developer email API with quick setup and dependable transactional delivery. Their sharpest weakness is the combination of account suspensions, unclear notices, and slow or absent recovery support. You can attack that gap by pairing comparable developer usability with visible policy safeguards, support commitments, and clear scale economics.

The 29 newest reviews split sharply between easy developer setup and serious account-suspension complaints. At least 10 reviews describe bans, blocks, or prolonged restrictions, often paired with poor communication or business disruption. You can compete by making review policies, recovery paths, and delivery continuity explicit while matching their simple API experience.

Paid for a subscription and they…
Paid for a subscription and they suspended account with final decision in 2 days. Even after explaining and showing evidence. Very very bad business practice so stay very clear away. They also need to give me my refund and I will take my over 8000 subscribers elsewhere. Nonsense company for real.
Very surprised to see other reviews
Very surprised to see other reviews. I'm a total newbie vibe coder and they have been really kind, fair, straight and easy to deal with. 10/10 for me!
Suspended before starting
Account was suspended before I even got the "Welcome to Resend" email... Account wasn't even set up and they suspended the account, apparently the "decision is final". I wish them luck, I imagine they'll need it.
Worst software ever
I moved a 100,000 contact list to Resend and bought a $7,800/year subscription but they banned my account after a few days of using it. Even after talking to support for 2 days now and showing them all the prove they need to see it's a legitimate business, they still don't let me use it. My whole business is messed up now from customer notifications to payment confirmations everything is on hold. They don't reply to my messages and their support chat takes hours somtimes days to respond..... Worst customer service ever.
Pretty shit experience
Pretty shit experience. Shiny app with not much better than raw ses. I have moved to maileroo here in aus. Better pricing and dx. Surprising how so many vibecoders are using them. Doesn't even expose click tracking through an analytics api and have to stand a webhook for such a basic thing.
Increase the Pro domain limit from 10 to at least 30
Hi Resend team, The 10 domain limit on Pro does not make sense, and I want to flag it. Emails already scale with pay-as-you-go overages. Domains are stuck at 10 until you jump all the way to Scale at $90. There is nothing in between. My case is many small websites with low email volume. I need 20 to 30 domains but nowhere near 100k emails. So Scale is way too big, and Pro blocks me at 10. The workaround is even worse: to get more domains I would have to open a second Pro account. That means $40 for 20 domains, split across two accounts, with split sender reputation. That is clearly broken. My ask is simple: the 100k email tier should include at least 30 domains, ideally 50. Anyone hitting 100k emails is already going to move to a bigger plan, so capping domains at 10 there is pointless. Give paying customers room to grow on one account. One more thing: your 2024 post said Pro includes unlimited domains, but my account shows 10. Which one is right? Thanks.
Suspended our account
Suspended our account, did not send any emails to inform us of it, and were incredibly rude over comms when trying to understand how to get things back up and running. We’re clearly not the first company this has happened to considering the number of reviews here alone. Would not recommend at all.
'Your account is temporarily suspended
'Your account is temporarily suspended. Check your email for more details and next steps.' No email received, account banned, and tens of thousands of euros in damages. No response from support, a week has already passed!
