We use for project invoices, demographic and medical form data extraction
Saving time for my research assistants to manually pull in PDF data into Google Sheets and something that is SQL database compatible. We had been trying to use ChatGPT before but biggest worry was around security, which we initially got around by removing sensitive information. But even with that approach, ChatGPT is not good at doing it at scale and also can't compete on speed and accuracy
Super simple
Typing numbers into Excel at scale. I use it a few times a week except for reporting season each quarter when I need to use it multiple times a day for 2 weeks. Also sometimes I need the PPT backups to a PDF, especially when we're presenting to management.
