What PointOne customers say
They position PointOne as AI timekeeping for law firms, with a wider claim around bill review, pricing, analytics, and revenue intelligence. Their clearest repeated promise is that attorneys can recover forgotten billable work without changing how they work. Your opening should show the capture mechanism and adoption path before making broader platform claims.

All 3 fetched reviews are positive and focus on capturing time with less frustration. The strongest review combines product relief with specific praise for responsive support. The small review set gives little evidence about pricing, bugs, or retention risk.

So helpful on the go
Great to make sure I don't miss anything I do when I'm not on my laptop
The best
Tracks all my time
Lifesaver!
As an attorney, tracking my time is far and away the worst part of my job. PointOne makes it a significantly less aggravating process, and I can’t recommend this product enough! The team is also so helpful and responsive so unlike with other legal software, it is extremely easy to get support whenever I need it.
