What Orchid customers say
Their newest 2 reviews expose risk in two moments that shape trust: mobile login and account activation. You can compete by proving that people can get started, stay signed in, and reach a human when something goes wrong. Lead with observable service standards rather than broad claims about convenience.

Both newest reviews describe failures after signup, with one user unable to remain logged in and another waiting for activation without answers. You can compete by making first-use reliability and response times visible before asking people to commit. No rows were set aside as unrelated.

Doesn’t open
I love the Orchid website but the app doesn’t open. I log in, it shows the opening screen for about a second before logging me out again. Would love the app to work. It would make my life so much easier rather than trying to use the browser from my phone.
No response
I downloaded the app on Monday. They said it would take one to two days to activate your account. On Wednesday and Thursday I emailed them because it was not activated and it is Friday and I still have no answers. I do nit trust them. Hoping it is not a scam.
