good but not so good sometimes…
I deposit money and when I send it it’s great.. But, sometimes it takes way to long to deposit the money you can transfer, I did a deposit the 11 of this month and it’s already 18 and nothing but still the app is very useful 👍🏻

Tiene muchos problemas en cuanto a recarga y retiro, aveces puede trabajar bien y otras veces descuenta el dinero de tu cuenta y no te lo coloca en la aplicación Kontigo la respuesta de soporte es muy mala y tienes que hacer muchos malabares para que te coloquen con un agente tengo aproximadamente 4 días que hice una recargas y soporte no responde en lo absoluto ni siquiera el robot de Ia que tenían Osea me robaron
El soporte es un desastre
No había tenido problemas con la app que es muy amigable, pero me congelaron una operación desde hace una semana y el soporte es automático, repetitivo y de escasas opciones. No se consigue una adecuada atención de soporte. No hay teléfono de contacto, no hay oficina local, no hay email. El Soporte es un desastre.

Kontigo es bueno hasta que presenta algún problema, intentas contactar a soporte y te envían con un bot automatizado que solo te responde preguntas frecuentes, no te sirve para nada ese tipo de soporte, cuando por fin haces malabares y consigues a un agente solo te dice que esperes y no te da ningún tipo de solución, pésimo servicio y me voy a cambiar definitivamente a otra app
