It could be that the people at the law firm don’t know how to properly use this app, but it is completely worthless to me as a client. The idea is good but the actual features either don’t work or just aren’t helpful.

The only information it retains is my name. It logs me out and when I get back in all of my team information is gone.

This app does not seem to function. I loaded it on a Mac and when trying to use it, you see a no-internet symbol flashing. Loaded the app on my phone and it did the same thing…
