All 6 reviews point to a gap between Hera's promise and the working experience, especially editing control, output quality, and access speed. Make your product easy to test without a forced waitlist, show multi-screen workflows clearly, and prove that users can make basic edits quickly. Treat billing cancellation and support response as part of the product, because 1 review describes continued charges after cancellation.

Tried to build a multi-screen UX…
Tried to build a multi-screen UX animation and the experience was painful. It only processes one screen at a time, which makes stitching six screens together incredibly tedious. The Figma integration is unusably slow — a single animation took over five minutes and kept loading. The six-step onboarding that forces users to register interest before doing anything feels like a dark pattern. Won't be coming back.
They keep charging me for no reason
They have refunded me and I cancelled my subscription. Then they kept on charging me besides cancelling my subscription. I have written 3 emails to support and they ignore me. Absolute scammers.

Bought the monthly for trying to craft some cool text motion. Honestly, the editor is a pain in the ass. I mean, how could you even call it MVP? You literally don't have any product whatsoever. For me it feels like a scam. Results look like they were handcrafted in 1995. Absolute disappointment.
Just blindly paid the monthly…
Just blindly paid the monthly subscription... Generating a nice visual and then editing it is an hassle. The editor window sucks and makes everything extremely difficult to edit. Text Alignment button doesn't work. Great concept, extremely poor delivery... At least is cheap. I'll tell you if it was worth it those 20 bucks in a month...
This is so bad
This is so bad, everything it creates looks like a 12 year old has done it on cap cut. It cant even change simple things like remove this icon and add this picture instead its really that bad, not even close to animations one can learn in one month in after effects

I have been logging in for three weeks and this website has put me on the waitlist due to high traffic, their website speed is very slow and not user-friendly. Please fix this error hera.video.
