Affiliate commissions remain unpaid despite repeated promises
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with GojiBerry. I have been waiting for affiliate commissions that I believe are legitimately owed to me. The company previously told me that the issue would be resolved and that I would be paid. I relied on those assurances and removed my previous review as requested. However, after I removed the review, they stopped responding to my emails and the payment was still not made. I was also accused of violating certain promotional rules, even though the specific restrictions they referred to were not clearly stated in the affiliate terms and conditions available to me at the time. I have made every effort to communicate professionally and resolve this privately. I am simply asking the company to review my account and pay all legitimate affiliate commissions that are owed, including qualifying customer purchases for which commissions have not yet been credited. I am willing to update this review if the company resolves the matter properly and provides a clear explanation. Until then, I cannot recommend this affiliate program based on my experience. I strongly encourage the company to review my affiliate account, provide a transparent explanation, and settle all outstanding qualifying commissions.

Sophisticated tool & great support team
The tool itself is very sophisticated and can be set up in a few minutes. The support team are prompt, friendly and super-helpful. I like the way Gojiberry allows a blend of fully AI and user-defined inputs. It is very flexible and allows each campaign to be refined after launch. I had a free online meeting to answer my questions and that was a great help and confidence boost. First campaigns (less than 1 week old) are working as expected with very positive results.
