Absolutely ridiculous.
Absolutely ridiculous. I requested to cancel my renewal over a month ago. My account clearly showed "Pending Call Back", so I expected someone to contact me. Guess what? No one ever did. Instead, the company stayed silent until my contract automatically renewed, and then I was told, "Sorry, you've started another year of your contract." So let me get this straight—you need a phone call to cancel a £1 service, you promise a call back, never make that call, and then use your own failure as an excuse to lock customers into another year's contract? This is an incredibly frustrating and misleading customer experience. If a cancellation is marked as "Pending Call Back", the least you should do is actually call the customer. I would never recommend this company. Terrible customer service, poor communication, and a cancellation process that feels designed to make it as difficult as possible to leave.

Chatgpt recommended me use tool to build my app instead of lovable. I'm surprised with the quality (in a good way). I was able to build an app and deploy to both stores during the weekend! I think I might did it even faster, but wasted so much time with Apple to create TestFlight account. It helped me to wrap up my idea, provided with ux mockups and built the entire app.
