Competitor decision brief
What Embercopilot customers say
Their review evidence is strongest around accurate transcription, structured notes, and reduced documentation time. Their customers also describe meeting, personal-thought, multilingual, and presentation use cases, while their fetched ads provide no readable message. You can compete by showing a concrete workflow and output instead of leaving the mechanism and audience unstated.

Embercopilot reviews, read · 12 of 12 read one by one · 2026-08-28T20:11:20.801Z
All 12 reviews are positive, with the strongest evidence around accurate transcription, structured notes, and time saved in clinical and meeting workflows. They also appeal beyond medicine through meetings, personal thoughts, multilingual speech, and presentation preparation. The last review mentions Playchat, which appears to be a different product name or product context, so set that row aside when judging Embercopilot's current positioning.

Addiction Medicine and Ob/gyn
I'm an addiction medicine and OB/Gyn physician. As the medical director for an opioid treatment program and a women's health clinic, I'm operating across three EHRs when you factor in the hospital where I do procedures and deliveries. I. Hate. Charting. The redundancy of tasks and clicks is such a headache, and it's a universal no matter what EHR I've ever used. I want my notes to look good, make sense, be organized, and have actual value in communicating a patients' health information. It helps me, helps the patient, and helps anyone else involved in their care. Anyone who uses modern EHRs knows that this is near impossible unless you're willing to sacrifice personal time to chart after clinic, see fewer patients, or cut corners. Ember makes this not only possible, but even better: it makes it possbile to basically complete my charting work (minus the required clicks of course) while I'm seeing the patient. With Ember Instead of spending at least half the scheduled visit time face to face with the patient and the other half on charting, I'm able to devote about 80% of a visit time actually doctoring not documenting. I'd say my note composition time has been cut in half (at least). Its speech to text accuracy is mind-blowingly accurate and often organizes information in an HPI, for instance, in a better narrative than I would. I basically just have to proofread the generated note and copy and paste it to the EHR with usually only a few tweaks or additions. I leave work less annoyed too. I really can't say enough about how this tool has improved my work efficiency and enjoyment of practicing medicine. And that's just how it's helped me with clinical practice. It has been an excellent tool for multi-person clinical or administrative staff meetings and conference calls. Highly, highly recommend!
Perfect for online appointments
I’ve been using this app to auto transcribe speech and take notes during online courses & appointments, especially in care delivery, and it has really exceeded my expectations. The accuracy is excellent, even when summarizing complex medical content. It could also generate action items that are useful and relevant. This is now my go-to tool for any courses, appointments, etc
Fantastic Scribe
As an ER doctor who used to bring endless notes home to write, I now have all my notes signed by the time I leave my shifts thanks to Ember.
Miles better than other medical scribe
I tried several medical scribe apps before and this is by far the best one. Straightforward interface and accurate medical notes. Saved me a ton of time doing documentation work.
Great Notes!
Honestly, this has been a game changer for SOAP notes. As a doctor, I always had complaints from my staff that they couldn’t read my notes, but this app makes it so much easier. I just speak into it and my notes are ready. It’s super accurate, even with medical terms, and it organizes everything in the SOAP format perfectly. If you’re a doc, this is a must-have!
My favorite essential tool
This app has greatly improved my productivity! It accurately transcribes meeting content and provides excellent summaries, allowing me to focus more on the meeting itself rather than taking notes. I love that it allows direct editing and one-click sharing or emailing of the summaries. The user interface is simple and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and use effectively. It also supports multiple languages, which is a huge plus for working with diverse team.
1 of my 2 Must Have apps
I love EmberAi. Is not just EmberAI’s accuracy and analysis, it’s also its ability to get to the crux of an issue, to list action items in a truly actionable way vs a To-Do list and its ability to analyze data based on macro, micro and outlier factors. EmberAI is my go to for all my meetings, sessions, and thoughts.
