What Cubic customers say
Their two newest fetched reviews show a developer tool with easy initial setup but serious trust friction around billing and proprietary-code handling. You can win comparison shoppers by proving consent, privacy controls, deletion, and support response before asking them to connect a repository. Keep the trial simple while making the operating rules more explicit than theirs.

Their two newest fetched reviews point to trust risks after adoption, especially around billing changes and unanswered data-handling questions. You can compete by making consent, retention, access, deletion, and support-response commitments visible before a customer connects code. One review still credits the product as strong and easy to set up, so pair clear safeguards with a low-friction trial.

Fraudulent Charges
Cubic is an okay product, however, I was on a free plan for 5 months, having not used the product in the last 2 months, when suddenly they changed my plan to be paid and charged the billing info they had from me on file. I have tried reaching out to their live chat and emailed support, both have been ignored for a week.
[AVOID] Strong product, but the transparency gaps make it not worth trusting. Data privacy seriously left in the dark on.
