What Circleback customers say
Circleback markets broad meeting capture that turns conversations into notes, tasks and connected-workflow updates. Its customer praise centers on note quality and action items, while the sharpest risk is that crashes, lost meetings, device gaps and weak support undermine trust. You can position against them around verified capture, recovery and accessible help, then prove the workflow in a concrete meeting scenario.

The reviews show a product with genuinely strong notes, transcription and action-item value when it works. Reliability, mobile limitations and inaccessible support repeatedly turn that value into frustration, including lost meetings and blocked onboarding. Your clearest move is to make recovery, human help and mobile parity part of the product promise, not just to claim better summaries.

Awful app, fine desktop
App is buggy and annoying. - can’t start a new meeting while another is uploading or transcribing - can’t leave chat when in chat - can’t ask chat about a specific meeting without calling out the meeting
Costs money! Deceptive advertising!
It’s not free! The app is free, but it costs money for an account and they don’t say that anywhere!
Circleback is so good, it’s almost funny
Compared to the other note taking AI utilities I’ve tried - Zoom and Otter, Circleback is much better. In fact it is so good, it is routinely amazes me. It even summarizes Spanish perfectly. Just crazy
New user
I have been using this program for a few weeks now and I am amazed on how well it takes notes. I have , on average, 5 meetings a day with my team in India and it does skip a beat. It has been a game changer as a director and the task list it creates keeps me focused.
Circleback is the best AI notetaker with worst customer support
Circleback is the best AI notetaker I have used. They do a fantastic job - WHEN IT WORKS. Recently it has started crashing, multiple times over several days. So I wanted to open a support ticket but their support service is basically a chatbot with pre-written messages and when I try to write in what I actually need support for, my message is rejected and does not send. There is no way to open a ticket or talk to a real person so I am giving them a 1-star review for their support (or lack thereof!).
This is probably the worst UX I've ever…
This is probably the worst UX I've ever seen. There's no setup, no instructions on how it works, no sample output, nothing. I have a routine meeting, and I want it to join every morning -> it's unbelievable, but it asks me to check off all the upcoming meetings for each day. WTF??? This is just one of the problems I've experienced. I don't remember an other app ever making me this angry. Even though they offered a one-month free trial, it took me about 10 minutes to delete the account. I think someone developed an app specifically for their needs, and nobody else can use it. In short, it was the worst experience of my life, plain and simple!
Best AI Notetaker going
I spent a year using Meetgeek, and although it wasn't bad, I felt there must be something better. Cue an exhaustive search on YouTube, and I wound up at Circleback .... and I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. - super accurate AI transcription - automatic extraction + assignment of action items - deep workflow integrations - I can integrate my Gmail and search the email history of the people whom I met with - so whether the answer is in an email or a meeting transcript, Circleback will find it - I can search across ALL meeting history and find needles in haystacks with the AI search I recommend doing your own research, but Circleback has ticked all the boxes for me.
Best AI notetaker with worst customer service
Takes great meeting notes without having to directly join the meeting. Good participant voice identification. Excellent notes and action items. Recorded meeting with audio and video for later review is also extremely useful.
