Terrible service. My experience with them was terrible. I wish there was a lower star than 1. they failed to deliver my order and refused to refund me. They closed my conversation with their customer care without resolving the issues and then blocked me from opening a new chat. So yea, terrible customer service.
My experience ordering from these guys was terrible, really terrible. Makes me even question all these positive reviews, maybe na their staff dey write am cause what!!! I was so pissed😡 These people didn't deliver my order after I paid, then the order was showing delivered on the app, when I sent a message I was told it was a mistake from the rider, oya refund my money they said they won't refund everything because they packed the order and attempted delivery. Imagine the daylight robbery!!!
why create app that have all state? I'm in delta state someone recommended this app to me saying you guys deliver nationwide. for a moment I was happy to hear that, only for me to download the app and see that you guys are not in my location 😪😡😡 why can't you add Delta state to your location huh???
Love how easy it is to order my favorite 500chow meals through the app. I haven't encountered any issues with the app.
Their delivery service was fast however, the food was delivered very cold. I wasn't able to enjoy the meal as much as I should have because of this.

just download the app now to order but was compulsory me to add my birthday which I did and I pressed the okay button but uts not working neither can I press back or order for anything. I'm frustrated already
Delivery is swift and they have alot of great meals to choose from. Great chow experience.
