What Callab AI customers say
Their ad sells AI call handling that fits an existing PBX without migration or downtime. The newest review challenges that low-friction story with a long delay, billing before readiness, and a restrictive cancellation experience. Your clearest opening is to prove deployment steps and tie payment to agreed delivery milestones.

The newest review raises a direct trust issue around delivery timing and subscription billing before completion. The customer also says cancellation would halt the project, which makes the commercial relationship feel restrictive. You can compete by making milestones, billing start dates, and cancellation consequences explicit before work begins.

Be aware of the subscription fee. They will start charging you even though they promise it may be charged after setup has completed
They overpromise how fast they can develop, and we are several months into a 2-3-week development and still not completed. They promised a setup fee and then a subscription fee. Be aware! They will start collecting the subscription fee even though the product is not ready. After 6-7 emails, I just get a response that if you stop the subscription fee, your whole process will be stopped.
